Half Fare Eligibility & Application

Go COMO customers that meet certain criteria may be eligible to receive a reduced price on the bus fares. Customers must apply for this benefit and show a Half-Fare ID Card upon boarding a Go COMO bus to receive the reduced fare. Half-Fare ticket books can also be purchased in the Go COMO store.

Note: Children under 5 years of age ride free and K-12 students 5-18 years of age can ride free by displaying a valid student ID. If a child does not have a valid student ID, please visit Wabash Station to obtain a rider ID. 


The following customers are eligible for half-fare passes:


Elderly (ages 65+ years)

Medicare recipients

Medicaid recipients

Low Income* (see below for details)


In order to qualify for half-fare rides and receive a Half-Fare ID Card, please download the Half-Fare Application (below) and return completed application in person to Go COMO customer service at the Wabash Station, or at the Public Health and Human Services office. Please bring valid ID.

*Low Income is based on household income & size: 1 person ($21,756/year); 2 person ($29,448/year); 3 person ($37,152/year); 4 person ($44,844/year); 5 person ($52,536/year).
